30-Day Return Window

At Pro Auto Lifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must include all manuals, parts, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed equipment
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at Contact@proautolifts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and shipping address.
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
